The Tri-City Storm announced their exhibition schedule Monday. The Storm will hold an intersqaud scrimmage this Saturday. The scrimmage will begin at 11:05, no admission will be charged. They continue exhibition play this month with the inaugural “Corn Cup”, an event featuring six games against instate rivals Omaha and Lincoln. The Storm will host the Omaha Lancers on Friday, October 16th at 7:05pm. They host the Lincoln Stars the following night at 7:05pm. They travel to the Ice Box in Lincoln on Friday, October 23rd, and host Omaha on Sunday, October 25th. They travel to Ralston Arena for a road matchup against the Omaha Lancers on Thursday, October 29th before returning home for the final preseason game of the year against the Lincoln Stars on Saturday, October 31st. The Storm will open the regular season on Friday, November 6th with a road matchup against the Des Moines Buccaneers. The Storm will host the Lincoln Stars in their home opener at the Viaero Center on Saturday, November 14th.
