Nebraska has now been approved for a FEMA grant under the Lost Wages Assistance program. This grant means Nebraska can add $300 per week in addition to the regular unemployment benefit for those unemployed because of COVID-19.
The Merryman Performing Arts Center in Kearney has updates for performances originally scheduled in October. The Lettermen concerts rescheduled for Oct. 7th have been rescheduled to May 13, 2021. Purchased tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. The Bar J Wranglers performance, rescheduled to Oct. 2, will take place at 7 p.m. The performance of Classic Nashville Live, has been canceled.
